Payments

All payments are securely processed via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Once your payment has been accepted you will receive confirmation to the email provided. Once an order is placed I can not guarantee amendments so please do check your order before placing it. I will try and amend where possible, provided you contact me right away. I do not provide exchanges unless for some reason I am at error or fault.

All items on this site are handmade by myself. I have done my best to provide accurate descriptions, measurements and imagery of these items. As these are handmade no two items will be identical, colours may vary slightly and driftwood will vary.
Delivery & Turnaround
I will work to get all orders dispatched to you within a set time frame. Please refer to the homepage or socials for up to date info on turnaround for custom orders. Items that are ready made and listed as so will be dispatched the next posting day after ordering and will not be subject to the turnaround time. Large pieces or orders may take slightly longer but this will be discussed with you on ordering.

Any item you purchase from Nomad Macramé will be safely and securely packaged to ensure its safe arrival to you. In an instance your item arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days and I will resolve this with you.

Smaller orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders will be sent via a courier and a signature may be required upon delivery. At this time I am only able to provide delivery within the UK. All orders are processed in British Pounds Stirling.

Nomad Macramé does not retain or use any details provided for any marketing purposes or pass them on to any other parties. if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter I will take this as consent to contact you from time to time with updates, discounts or new products. By making an order with me it does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter, you must do so manually.
